2016 menus announced The Ram Restaurant, Greene County High School’s restaurant classroom, will open for its  2016 season Feb. 9. Lunch will be served from 11:30 am to 1 pm most Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays through May 19. Students prepare and serve the meal as an introduction to food service careers.
