A roomful of kids and several Beta Tau Delta volunteers had more fun than “Olaf at a Beach Party” in the activity room of the Jefferson public library on an early-out Wednesday in December. Polar Express at the top of the bell tower

The Polar Express made a fantastic journey to the top of the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower Dec. 15 for children and adults in the Kids With a Connection mentoring program. The work of five Greene County poets is published in Lyrical Iowa 2015.
