In Greene County magistrate court Quincy Christine Carey of Rippey was granted a deferred judgment after she pleaded guilty to violating a public health order. She must pay a $65 civil penalty and she’ll be on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff’s office for one year. A citation for possession of alcohol under age was dismissed, with $60 court costs payable by the defendant on the citation. Court costs on the magistrate case were $55.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Jay D. Wenger of Jefferson has been charged with violation of a no contact order (two counts). The warrant was issued 6/05 and returned 8/05.
