In Greene County magistrate court judgment were entered Oct. 28 as follows: Duane Edward Forkner of Jefferson, disorderly conduct- fighting violent behavior, $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge, $433 court costs; Eric Lee Ireland of Scranton, animal neglect- no serious injury or death, $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge, no court costs; Bridgette Nichole Perez of Scranton, animal neglect- no serious injury or death, $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge, $43.86 court costs; Kristine Marie Greene of Jefferson, disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior, amended from assault- general, $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge, $60 court costs; Mikael Goran Winblad of Scranton, harassment- third degree, $105 with a $15.75 surcharge, $60 court costs; and Ren David Norgart of Jefferson, interference with official acts, $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge, $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Kenneth Joseph Bonnette of Scranton, violation of no contact order, three separate cases with same charge, and in a fourth case, theft- fifth degree; Ryan James Brown, possession of drug paraphernalia; Max Sledge Crick of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fifth degree; and Joseph Edward Blackmon of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fifth degree.
