In Greene County district court Kenneth Eugene Rosenow, 61, of Farlin was granted a deferred judgment after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of operating while intoxicated- first offense. He was placed on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff for one year. He must complete the recommendations of a substance abuse evaluation at his own expense, and he must complete a community college drinking drivers school. Rosenow must pay a $1,250 civil penalty; one-half will be waived if he obtains a temporary restricted license. Court costs were $100. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Chad Maurice Lehnhoff, 46, of Grand Junction has been charged with indecent exposure. The warrant was issued July 20 and returned July 27.
A case was initiated Aug. 2 against Karl Maurice Krieger, 27, of Jefferson on a charge of OWI- first offense.
