In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $500 fine with a $75 surcharge was entered against Elizabeth Roper of Churdan on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Court costs were $60. A charge against Roper in district court of possession of marijuana was dismissed.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Danielle Lynn Schofield of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; Sean Patrick Phillip Shell of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Skylar Jay Johnson of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; and Eric Christopher Rosenow of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia.
