In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Eric Thomas Winger of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree. Court costs were $60.
A case was initiated Aug. 12 against Michelle A. Wenger of Bellevue on charges of interference with official acts and disorderly conduct/ loud raucous noise.
