In Greene County magistrate court judgments were entered in a pair of cases against Jody Ann Watkins of Jefferson. A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of interference with official acts. She must also pay $258.28 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees. In the second case the charge was amended from violation of a no contact order to contempt of court. She was fined $100 with a $15 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Dale Lee Spaulding of Glidden, criminal mischief- fifth degree; Liberty Ann Norgart of Grand Junction, disorderly conduct- fighting/violent behavior; Zachery Allen Waters-Rise of Churdan, harassment- third degree; Khane Smith of Paton, simulated public intoxication; and Jamie Skyler Wade of Grand Juncntion, domestic abuse-assault.
