In Greene County magistrate court Dalton Weber of Scranton was sentenced to seven days in jail on a charge of assault. No fine was levied, but Weber must pay a $15.75 surcharge and $135 court costs. (Sentencing: Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Marlene Kay Floyd of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; Jordan Alexis Holley of Scranton, possession of drug paraphernalia; Jason William Sheldahl of Jefferson, violation of no contact order; and Tanisha Kathleen Rice of Jefferson, violation of no contact order aiding and abetting.
