Greene County magistrate court, week ending Nov. 29

In Greene County magistrate court Jerimiah Lynn Jordan of Scranton was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of domestic abuse assault-  first offense. He must pay sheriff’s room and board charges for the time he serves. He must also complete a batterers education program at his own expense. Jordan was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $100 domestic abuse assault surcharge. He must pay $137.40 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $100 court costs.

Joseph MacJames Doran of Paton paid a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $96.

A judgment for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Mark Christopher Frohwein of Churdan on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. Court costs were $60.

A case was initiated against Christopher Brian Quirk of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree.
