Getting the kids ready for a new school year will be easier for some needy families thanks to a community-wide school supply drive conducted by Jefferson Telecom.
Teresa Lansman, coordinator at New Opportunities in Jefferson, picked up the donated items last week. They’ll be distributed through New Opportunities.
This is the third year Jefferson Telecom has held a school supply drive in July.
