Greene County magistrate court, week ending Sept. 19

In Greene County magistrate court identical judgments were entered Sept. 10 against Jeannie Rebeca Gustoff of Scranton and Kelsi Elizabeth Gross of Jefferson on charges of disorderly conduct. Each defendant was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 court costs.

Cases were initiated as follows: Jamie Jo Francis Theulen of Scranton, disorderly conduct; Heather Thelma Ott of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Frederick James Lonsdale of Rippey, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Sept. 19 as follows: *Thomas Dennis Hall of Jefferson, new title/registration transfer violation, $100; Brandon Michael Mitchell of Jefferson, speed, $60; Wayne Thompson of Bayard, operation without registration card or plate, $50; Stacie Lynn Venner of Aracadia, following too close, $100; and Norma Flores of Coon Rapids, dark window/windshield, $50.

Also, speed, $90 (16-20 mph over limit): Madison Ann Sturm of Glidden and Jordon Eugene Reynolds of Linden.

Speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): *Benjamin Harold Winborne of Churdan and *Robert Alan Eckleman of Jamaica.

Speed, $20 (1-5 over): *Megan Marie Specht of Scranton, *Micaela Jean Bretey and Dustin Leroy O’Brien, both of Carroll, *Christopher Lee Bauer of Paton, and Norma Flores of Coon Rapids

Failure to wear/maintain safety belts, $50: McClain Lohr Siruta of Jefferson.

Commercial motor vehicle violations: Eugene Carroll Colhoun of Nevada, $22; and Max Leroy Carlson of Gowrie, over tire load weight rating, $50.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Charles William Anderson of Des Moines, no proof of annual inspection, $50; Mark David Burgart of Churdan, no valid driver’s license, $200; *Laryssa Shelbi Bushman of Scranton, possession of alcohol under age, paid $160 of fine, judgment entered for remaining $40 fine, $75 surcharge and court costs; and Sandra Garreans of Jefferson, failure to have insurance, $250.

The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.

Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.

*An additional $5 county surcharge was added.
