Jefferson Telecom has announced the addition of a new staff member, Karla Kohl. Kohl has started employment and will be working as the front desk receptionist in the Jefferson Telecom showroom.
Jim Daubendiek, general manager, said, “Karla’s emphasis on positive customer service appealed to us during the interview process. In the month that she has been employed we feel confident that our customers will appreciate working with Karla, and the attitude that she exhibits of putting the customer first makes her a key addition to Jefferson Telecom.”
Kohl will work closely with the public by assisting new and existing customers with their telecommunication needs. She will work directly with customers by establishing accounts, reporting troubles, and finding solutions to customer’s needs regarding Jefferson Telecom’s products and services.
Kohl comes to Jefferson Telecom with prior experience of working with the public through her previous positions in healthcare and the school system. Kohl comments, “I am excited to work at Jefferson Telecom and look forward to working in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment, where I will get to meet new people every day.”
In Kohl’s free time she stays busy with her husband Steve, who works at American Athletic, Inc. and their three children. They enjoy the outdoors and attending all of the events that their children are involved in through school and the community.
