Update from Jefferson Telecom on Viacom negotiations

  Jefferson Telecom is a member of NCTC, a national, not-for-profit cable TV  cooperative that negotiates programming fees for 1,000 cable companies across  the United States. NCTC’s negotiating team worked through the night Monday. The team still has some details to complete in the long form agreement, but there is optimism that an agreement may be reached with Viacom.
