Rams win in softball opener, lose in baseball
The Greene County Rams opened their softball and baseball seasons last night in Jefferson with mixed results. The softball team topped Saydel 11-2. Defensively, junior pitcher Marissa Promes struck one 10 batters and walked none, while offensively, the Rams got 12 hits. The Rams had two errors; the Eagles mustered four hits and committed five errors.
