In Greene County district court Cody Noel Roth, 38, of Woodward was sentenced May 26 to a term not to exceed 10 years in prison after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of theft- first degree. The prison term was suspended and he was placed on probation to the Iowa Department of Correctional Services for five years.
