Information is available since the return of arrest warrants that cases have been initiated in Greene County magistrate court as follows: Justin Ray Lopez of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Robert Charles Harvilicz of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Oct. 6 as follows: William Wesley Bingle of Jefferson, public intoxication; Jenna Mischke of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; Megan Kathleen Hirstein of Lilliwaup, WA, possession of drug paraphernalia; Logan Chase Ferguson of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Michelle Ann Cook of Jefferson, theft- fifth degree; Jeffery L. Todd Jr of Springfield, IL, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Dale Lee Spaulding of Glidden, possession of drug paraphernalia.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
