In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Amy Nicole Baugh of Jefferson on a charge of disorderly conduct – fighting/violent behavior. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Oct. 2 as follows: Max Sledge Crick (aka Max Sledge Leyendecker) of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Carson Avery Pettitfils of Boone, possession f drug paraphernalia; Craig Lynn Anderson of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Michelle Lynn Higgins of Rippey, domestic abuse assault and interference with official acts.
