In Greene County magistrate court disposition was entered Dec. 16 against Tristan Isaiah Heese of Dow City, who was found guilty of interference with official acts at a non-jury trial. Heese was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60. (Magistrate Jessica Morton)
Information is available since the return of arrest warrants that Michelle A. Christian of Grand Junction is charged with theft- fifth degree. Jeanette Marie Bear of Des Moines is charged with violation of a no contact order.
