In Greene County magistrate court Dylan Lee Pedersen of Lake City was sentenced May 19 to seven days in the Sac County jail after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of violation of a no contact order. A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.756 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Nicholas Joseph White of Newton, possession of drug paraphernalia; Gailee Nicole Richter of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; and. Noah Adam Bowen of Jefferson, possession of drug parapheralia.
