In Greene County magistrate court Carlos Vega Ramirez o Denison was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of public intoxication. The sentence was suspended and he was place on informal probation for one year. A judgment was entered for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge. Vega Ramirez must also pay $300 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs.
