Survivors: wife Denise O’Brien Van of Jefferson; former wife Janet Moore Lewis; sons Todd and wife Lisa of Des Moines and Jeff and wife Lisa of rural New Virginia; Todd’s children Amanda, Toni and Nicholas Lewis, and Jeff’s daughters Chelsea, Ashley, Bayleigh Woods and Jordyn; and 14 great-grandchildren.
