Greene County district court, week ending June 5

In Greene County district court Cody Noel Roth, 38, of Woodward was sentenced to 10 years in prison with credit for time served after she changed her plea to guilty to a charge of theft- first degree. The prison term was suspended. She was fined $1,370 with a $205.50 surcharge. She was sentenced to five years in prison on a charge of burglary- third degree. That sentence was also suspended; the two are consecutive should they be imposed. Roth was placed on probation to the Iowa Department of Correctional Services for five years. She shall reside in a residential correctional facility until maximum benefits are attained. She was fined $1,025 with a $153.75 surcharge. Court costs were $732.62. (Sentencing: Honorable John R.
