In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered May 13 against Seth Allen Blumberg of Grand Junction on a charge of assault- general. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $91.50.
Cases were initiated as follows: Eric Lee Ireland of Scranton, animal neglect- no serious injury or death; Brian Duane Schumacher of Lohrville, public intoxication; Julie Ann Simms of Carroll, possession of drug paraphernalia; and James Wiliam North of Jefferson, assault- simple.
