Greene County magistrate court, week ending April 24

In Greene County magistrate court Bill Lee Bradshaw of Jefferson was sentenced April 22 to six days in jail after he changed his plea to guilty to a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail term was suspended and he was placed on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff for six months. Bradshaw was fined $200 with a $30 surcharge. Court costs were $128.

A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Rick Eugene Tuhn of Grand Junction after he pleaded guilty to a charge of assault- general. Court costs were $60.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Dakota Rae Sheer of Rippey, interference with official acts; and Lorena Andrade of Perry, possession of drug paraphernalia.
