Cases were initiated in Greene County magistrate court during the week ending Nov. 24 as follows: Lewis Delbert Randolph of Jefferson, violation of no contact order (two counts); Richard Charles Burkhardt of Jefferson, disorderly conduct- fighting/ violent behavior; and Jacob Thomas Monthei of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia.
