Greene County magistrate court, week ending June 9

In Greene County magistrate court Tyler Rysavy of Boone was sentenced to 10 days in jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct- loud raucous noise, amended from violation of a no contact order. The jail time was suspended and he was placed on probation to Boone/Greene County Probation for one year. A judgment was entered for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge. No court costs were listed.

A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Brittney Mary Dawn Olson of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree. Court costs were $60.

Mary Cook of Hugo, OK, was sentenced to two days in jail on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from interference with official acts. She was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. A charge of assault was dismissed. Court costs were also dismissed.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Dylan Ades of Rippey, possession of drug paraphernalia; Richard Randall Eatwell of Newton, theft- fifth degree; Richard Charles Burkhardt of Jefferson, public intoxication; and Jacob R. Blum of Arcadia, theft- fifth degree.
