Greene County magistrate court, week ending July 29

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Joseph Andrew Davenport of Des Moines on a charge of public intoxication. Davenport was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.

Alexis C. Jordan of Grand Junction was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She must pay $6.41 restitution to Fareway. Court costs were $60.

Kyle Dean Rysavy of Jefferson was fined $55 with a $8.25 surcharge on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. He must also pay $300 restitution to the owner of a vehicle he damaged. Court costs were $36.50.

Cassidy Marie Wilson of Scranton was granted a deferred judgment on a charge of animal neglect- no injury/serious injury or death. She must pay a $105 civil penalty and she was placed on informal probation to the Greene County sheriff.

Linda Ann Johnson of Perry was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court costs were $137.63.

Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Jesse James of Bennett of Linden was charged with criminal mischief- fifth degree.

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Sirjohn Daniels Wilder of Westland, MI, public intoxication, harassment- third degree, and disorderly conduct- abusive epithets/ threatening gesture; Richard Allen Keller of Perry, theft- fifth degree and criminal mischief- fifth degree; and Destiny Ann George of Jefferson, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct- loud raucous noise.
