Clewell of Alexis, IL, violation of no contact order; Lathan Phillip Davis of Jefferson, harassment- third degree; Morgan L. Vail of Alexis, IL, domestic abuse assault, and in a separate case, violation of no contact order; Michelle Ann Cook of Jefferson, disorderly conduct; Jessica Lea Harrington of Jefferson, violation of a no contact order, two separate cases; Jodi Ann Ganoe of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Cassidy Marie Adamson of Scranton, animal neglect- no injury/serious injury or death; Caden James Wilson of Scranton, animal neglect- no injury/serious injury or death; and Kyle Dean Rysavy of Jefferson, criminal mischief- fifth degree.
