Greene County district court, week ending Aug. 27

In Greene County district court Matthew James Spaulding, 30, of Perry was sentenced Aug. 16 to 10 years in prison on a charge of burglary- second degree. The prison term is consecutive to the term in a Dallas County sentence. Spaulding was fined $1,370 with a $205.50 surcharge. He must pay $1,245 victim restitution and $594.02 court costs.
