The Greene County compensation board will meet Monday, Dec. 20, at 7:30 am in the board room at the courthouse.
The compensation board recommends to the board of supervisors a wage increase (if appropriate) for county elected officials.
Each elected official appoints one person to the compensation board, with the supervisors appointing two to represent the group. Serving on the compensation board for fiscal year ’23 wages are Guy Richardson representing the auditor; Mary Jane Fields and Jim Unger representing the supervisors; Tom Heater representing the county attorney; Tim Heisterkamp representing the treasurer; and Adam Pedersen representing the recorder.
Compensation board members are not paid.
