It takes great knowledge and skilled hands to repair a bronze statue. Keith Conroy and Dan Benitz collaborated on the repairs of the Doreen Wilber statue after it was vandalized this past year. These two men did a fantastic job of bringing Doreen back to perfection. I hope the next time you see Keith or Dan on the street you will give them a high five and a thank you. Their community-minded spirit combined with their expertise makes them a great asset to our town. Thank You Keith and Dan!
I also want to acknowledge the Rotary Club of Jefferson for providing the funds for high definition cameras and Home State Bank for linking up to record 24/7 to deter this kind of vandalism.
