Second arrest in Peoples Bank robbery

A second suspect has been arrested in the connection with the robbery at Peoples Bank in Scranton Feb. 25. Tyler Mattingly, 26, of Carroll was arrested March 3 on charges of robbery- first degree aiding and abetting and theft- first degree aiding and abetting. Cattlemen raise $22,800 with annual auction
