Two additional deaths have been attributed to Covid-19, bringing the total to 10 Greene County residents who have died of the illness. Greene County public health director Becky Wolf provided no information about the deceased.
Wolf reports that as of Monday morning, Feb. 15, the 14-day positivity rate for Covid-19 testing in the county is 3.1 percent. No new cases have been diagnosed in the previous 24 hours. There has been one new case in the past three days, 24 new cases in the past seven days, and 36 new cases in the past 14 days. A total of 775 residents have been infected with Covid-19. Of those cases, 92 are considered active.
Wolf also reported that as of Friday, Feb. 12, 957 doses of Covid-19 vaccine have been administered by Greene County vaccine providers; 248 two-dose series have been completed.
