In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $65 fine with a $9.75 surcharge was entered Dec 21 against Julie Lea Hurley Richardson of Newton on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She must also pay $211.25 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $210.88 court costs.
A judgment for a $105 fine with a $15.75 surcharge was entered against Drew Bobby Agan of Boone on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He must pay $9.59 victim restitution. Court costs were $60.
Patrick Scott Beardsley of Guthrie Center was sentenced Dec 23 to seven days in jail on a charge of violation of a no contact order. The jail time is concurrent to the sentence in a Guthrie County case. He was fined $105 with a $15.75 surcharge; both were suspended. Court costs were not available. A charge of interference with official acts was dismissed.
