Last month, Greene County 4-H teamed up with P.A.W.S. to hold a pet supply drive. 4-H members and community members donated more than 400 supplies and pet toys for the animals at the local animal shelter.

Kayla Willms, Greene County youth & 4-H coordinator said, “We are so grateful for the amount of items that have been donated and the community support we have had. One club made hundreds of toys for the dogs and cats at the shelter. We are excited to help our local organizations every year.”

4-H members have an incentive to donate to the annual supply drive. The club with the most dontations each year wins an ice cream party. This year’s winner is the Hardin Happy Hustlers.
