In Greene County district court the following persons pleaded not guilty at arraignment during the week ending Dec. 13: Ruth Marie Fischer, 42, of Paton, operating while intoxicated- first offense; Crystal Ann Jordan, 33, of Scranton, child endangerment causing injury; Rodney Dean Halterman, 18, of Grand Junction, drug distribution violation to person younger than 18; and Christopher Richard Sowers, 46, of Grand Junction, possession of methamphetamine- second offense and driving while license barred. Trial dates were set for Jan. 29 in every case.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Kylee Jane Albee, 23, of Fort Dodge is charged with assault causing bodily injury. The warrant was issued 1/18/2016 and returned 12/11/18.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Gregory Jay Hampton, 54, of Johnston, OWI- first offense; Renae Jane Baugh, 36, of Jefferson, OWI- second offense; McKensie Rae Bess, 36,of Carroll, possession of marijuana- first offense; and Randy Isaiah Johnson, 25, of Carroll, possession of marijuana- second offense.
