Ernst staffers tell traveling office hours

The office of U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R) has scheduled traveling office hours across Iowa during August.

Representatives of Sen Ernst’s office will be available in counties across the state to assist Iowans with problems or questions about eligibility for Social Security, veterans benefit or military affairs, passports, immigration issues, and other federal programs.

Sen Ernst will not be present at the traveling office hours.

Staff will be in Greene County Tuesday, Aug. 21, from 12 to 1 pm in the board room at the courthouse in Jefferson.

Traveling office hours in contiguous counties are: Boone, Aug. 21 from 2 to 3 pm, first floor conference room at the courthouse in Boone; Calhoun, Aug. 28 from 10 to 11 pm, Lake City public library; Carroll, Aug. 15 from 1 to 2 pm, Manning public library; Dallas, Aug. 24 from 2 to 3 pm, county board of supervisors conference room in Adel; Guthrie, Aug. 21 from 9 to 10 am am, county courthouse public meeting room in Guthrie Center; and Webster, Aug. 28 from 1:30 to 2:30 pm, Fort Dodge public library lobby meeting room.
