In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Jan. 24 against Rhonda Lynn Davis of Jefferson on a charge of assault. Davis was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. She must pay $300 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $140.72 court costs.
