In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Jan. 24 against William Tyler Carlson of Des Moines on a charge of trespass (casino, self-exclusion). Carlson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge, and $60 court costs.
A judgment was entered against William Steven McClure of Jefferson on a charge of assault- simple. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, $60 restitution for his court appointed attorney and $100 court costs. The charge was amended from a charge in district court of domestic abuse assault impeding blood/ air flow.
A judgment was entered against Benjamin Farrell Borkowski of Jefferson on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined $65 with a $22.785 surcharge and $60 court costs.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court during the week ending Jan. 26 as follows: Michael Jon Molle of Jefferson, trespass; and Michael Marlin Matthews of Grand Junction, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
