Gobble Gobble Run returns for sixth year

Runners and walkers will own the streets of Paton for the sixth annual Gobble Gobble 5K Run/Walk  Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, starting at 8:30 am at the Loren Shriver Community Building in Paton. The registration fee is three canned items per runner, with all items being donated to the Action Resource Center (ARC) food pantry. The registration for T-shirts is past.

Local Interact Club marks anniversary Friday

Members of the Interact Club at Greene County High School will celebrate the 19th anniversary of the club’s charter this Friday. Local Rotarians and Interact members will hand out Bunker’s Dunkers donut holes to the entire student body and staff between 7:45 and 8:15 am. Students will have the opportunity to take pictures and selfies in front of the Rotary banner.
