In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Aug. 26 against Jody Lyn Schad of Jefferson on a charge of harassment- third degree. Schad was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $5 county enforcement surcharge and $140 court costs. Schad was initially charged with assault displaying a dangerous weapon and domestic abuse assault- first offense.
