In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered June 29 against Abbey Nicol Warren of Scranton on a charge of theft-fifth degree. She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge.
A judgement for a $65 fine and a $22.75 surcharge was entered against Mark David Burgart of Churdan on a charge of violation of a no contact order.
A judgment was entered against Montana Gothard of Jefferson on a charge of assault-simple. Gothard was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge.
A judgment was entered against Jeffery Michael Rockdaschel of Lohrville on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Hagge was charged with assault causing bodily injury; the charge was amended to assault- simple. Hagge paid $20 of the fine. Court costs were $100.
