Greene County Ram senior Daric Whipple placed fifth in the 400 meter hurdles in Class 3A at the state track and field meet Friday with a time of :54.69. Winning time was :53.06 by JoJo Frost of Center Point. His fifth place finish was the best for the Rams on Friday.
