In Greene County district court the following persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments: Tammy Ann Tolsdorf, 49, of Grand Junction, possession of methamphetamine-third or subsequent offense; Dean J. Kokinis, 61, of Glenview, IL, possession of marijuana-first offense; and Robert Duane Schultz, 53, of Ankeny, insurance fraud, arson-first degree and criminal mischief-first degree. Trial dates were set for July 26 for Tolsdorf and Kokinis, and for Aug. 23 for Schultz.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Daniel Blain Pierce, 43, of Colfax, ongoing criminal conduct and theft-first degree (two counts); and Shane Detleff Coil, 36, of Jefferson, criminal mischief-fifth degree.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Clay Thomas Paulson, 20, of Grand Junction has been charged with burglary-third degree and criminal mischief-first degree. The warrant was issued March 17 and returned May 10.
