Rams’ Danielson to state golf meet
Greene County sophomore Rachael Danielson was medalist at the Region 1 Class 4A final golf meet held at the Carroll Country Club Monday. Danielson shot an 84 for the 18 holes. She will play in the state meet May 31-June 1 at Coldwater Links Golf Course in Ames. The individuals with the five lowest scores qualify for the state meet.…

In Greene County magistrate court Brittany Kay Smith of Jefferson was sentenced to 30 days in jail on a charge of domestic abuse assault, amended from domestic abuse assault – third or subsequent offense. All but two of the 30 days jail time was suspended. A judgment was entered for $100 court costs.
