Caleris, an inbound call center in Jefferson, will be known as Aureon Contact Center with a rebranding of the INS family of companies.
Caleris, along with Iowa Network Services, Alliance Technologies, Alliance Connect, Merit Resources and Portico Staffing, comprise the INS family of companies. Based in West Des Moines, Aureon specializes in support services to businesses. The company has more than 600 employees and serves clients in 48 states.
Aureon CEO Ron Keller was quoted in the Business Record as saying, “After 27 years of growing INS from a company built to serve the Iowa independent telecommunications companies to a diverse house of brands offering multiple support solutions, Aureon represents the next step in our evolution and direction. There is a tremendous amount of value in being able to offer all of these services under one roof, while leveraging the experienced people and individuality that made each company unique.”
Aureon will operate under three divisions: Aureon Technology will include INS, Alliance Technology and Alliance Connnect; Aureon HR will include Merit Resources, Merit Senior Living and Portico Staffing; and Caleris will be known as Aureon Contact Center.
Keller said the rebranding will not result in staff reductions anywhere in the company.
