The Bell Tower Community Foundation is applying for a state Community Attraction and Tourism (CAT) grant to help finance the completion of the 4-octave carillon of the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower in honor of its 50th birthday this year. To enhance the application, letters of support from local residents are strongly encouraged.
