The golf season has already started at the Jefferson Community Golf Course. “It’s only March and we’ve already had a really good month,” Jefferson city administrator Mike Palmer told the county supervisors at his monthly update Monday.
Palmer said there has already been a lot of play at the course. “We’re really, really happy about that. Hopefully some day we can break even on that. Maybe this will be the year,” he said.
Season passes are available at the golf course on the south edge of town or at Jefferson city hall. Information on rates is available on the golf course website.
