Registration is now open for the Greene County Relay for Life Color Out Cancer 5K run/walk scheduled for Saturday, April 23. The race will begin at 10:30 am at the Greene County Community Center in Jefferson. Check in starts at 9:30 am.
This 5K “color run” is a colorful fun event held in conjunction with the Greene County RFL. Participants will pass through color stations representing a different cancer at each kilometer. There will be no awards or times. It is a fun run/walk to raise awareness of various cancers.
Early registration is due on or before April 15. The event is limited to the first 300 paid participants. Registration includes a white T-shirt with the Color Out Cancer logo and a meal.
