Parents of teens, save the date for ‘Silence Hides Violence’

“Silence Hides Violence” is the theme of a unique evening now being planned for Friday, March 4, from 6 to 8 pm at the Webb House in Jefferson.

The program is for students in grades 7-8 and their parents, with a goal of providing tools to build up relationships and tear down abuse in relationships in families, with intimate partners, and with friends.

“Silence Hides Violence” is being planned by staff from ACCESS (Assault Care Center) and the Greene County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, with input from high school students.

Save the date, and watch GreeneCountyNewsOnline and Infinite Campus for more information.
